A concern of mine when instating such extreme policies would be the possibility of abuse and the occasional offenders that would brake the law for an opportunity to be used.

I don’t believe that sex itself should be used a torture method but sex as part of a positive and negative reinforcement can be used to encourage good behavior while vilifying bad.

These sexual torture scenes make me crazy and horny… I want a dungeon.  :(

The idea of sex coupled with public embarrassment as a form of Capital Punishment makes me ache for a better time when criminals were properly punished.

Some forms of Capital Punishment might be positive if returned to common use.  Pick Pockets, Truants, and Shoplifters (male/female) should be forced to use their back pussies to repay society.  Just a thought.
